  2. Once you purchase, you will email me (katswalk.co@gmail.com) your order number, what brand you want, and color way. You will not be able to pick out exactly what you want. But you can always send me a reference picture. 

  3. If you have your own merch you want to send me to incorporate in the custom, I can definitely do that!! You will just let me know in the email and I will give you my address to ship to. 

  4. Turnaround time is 3-8 weeks depending on how busy I am! Please keep this in mind when ordering a custom

  5. Customs are NON REFUNDABLE!!!
